An international plug adapter is available on loan at the reception upon request.

In the case of an alarm, we ask you to leave the room immediately. Please use the marked escape routes and follow the instructions from the staff.

All our pillows and comforters are suitable for allergy sufferers.

If you would like gluten-free rolls or lactose-free milk for breakfast, please let us know when booking. We will be happy to accommodate your allergies.

The nearest airport "Baden-Airpark" is 42 km from the hotel. You can reach Baden-Airpark airport information on +46 (0) 7229/66-2000.

We are happy to provide a baby crib in your room for a fee of  €15.00 per night. 
If you need a high chair, we will be happy to provide it during your stay.

Our hotel is not barrier-free. Our comfort rooms in the guest house are accessible by elevator, but you have to take a few steps to get to the elevator.
You can also reach our restaurant via six steps.

Our Bar+Lounge the “Unikum” is open for you from Thursday to Saturday from 17.00 to 00.00.

We will gladly provide you with a fluffy bathrobe for a usage fee of €5.00 and slippers for €3.00.

On request, you will receive a bathroom stool for your bathroom. We ask you to specify this when booking.

If you need additional pillows or blankets, please contact the reception. A selection of different types of pillows (horsehair, spelt, millet and side sleeper) is available.

Breakfast hours are from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 10.00,
Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7.30 to 10.30.

Please inform us if you wish gluten-free rolls at breakfast.

Check-In: Our rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 pm. Please fill out a registration form at the reception, which is mandatory according to the registration law. Check-in is possible from Monday to Saturday until 9 pm and on Sundays until 8 pm. A later arrival is not possible.

Check-Out: Please vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. Late check out is possible in consultation with the reception and an extra charge depending on occupancy. 

Did you forget the charger for your smartphone? No problem...please contact the reception and we will give you a loaner charging cable. 

We have two e-bikes with which you can wonderfully explore the beautiful Ortenau. You can rent our bikes for €15.00 for 3 hours.

You can simply charge your electric car quickly and conveniently in our parking lot while you retire to your room or relax with a cup of coffee.
One kilowatt hour costs € 0.50.

Under the item "Leisure Tips & Region" you will find great information and excursion destinations around our beautiful region. We are also happy to inform you on site at the reception about hiking suggestions, excursion and event tips.

In order to make it possible for you to leave quickly without having to visit the reception, there is a possibility to pay the hotel bill through the authorized credit card. Please inform the reception if you wish to use this service.

Upon request, we will be happy to order a bouquet of flowers for you. Please let us know your flower request in advance and the amount (€) in which the bouquet should be ordered.

A vanity set and nail file set are available for you in your room, as well as a shoe shine sponge and a sewing set.

If you require additional toiletries, you are welcome to purchase the following items at reception:
Dental care set, disposable razor, shower cap

Free wifi is available throughout the house.

If you need an iron or ironing board, you are welcome to contact the reception on site, even if you want an ironing service.

Laundry that you leave at the reception before 9 am will be returned to you the same day. If you wish dry cleaning, we guarantee the return within 24 hours (on weekends and holidays, on request). A laundry bag is provided in your closet. The hotel is not responsible for shrinkage, discoloration or in case of lack of color fastness of the items.

Free parking is available around the house. For larger vehicles and buses, and if there are no more free parking spaces in our hotel parking lot, we have rented a parking lot across from the hotel at the NKD.

The nearest pharmacy is Ortenau Apotheke, Ortenauer Str. 33, Appenweier. At the entrance of the pharmacy, there is a notice with the emergency services of the surrounding pharmacies.

We are happy to offer you a luggage service on request. Simply speak to us at reception and we will transport your luggage to your room or from your room on departure.

You pay your hotel bill at the reception. Besides cash, we also accept EC card, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and prepayment by bank transfer.

If you are traveling on business and your company is covering the costs, we require a written acceptance of costs from your company in advance. We will then be happy to send the invoice directly to your company.

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the hotel rooms.

Hang the special sign on the outside door if the room is not to be cleaned yet or if you do not want to be disturbed.

The nearest bus stop is only a 3 min. walk away.

Our newly renovated restaurant "Klara" with a cozy yard is open for you from Monday to Friday from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. On Sundays we allow ourselves a day of rest, here our restaurant remains closed except for breakfast.

Our reception is located on the first floor of the main house and can be reached by phone 07805/95660.

The reception is staffed as follows:
Monday to Saturday from 07:00 a. m. to 21:00 p. m.
Please note that the reception is closed on Sundays.

All our rooms have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer as well as TV, desk, Suitepad and free Wi-Fi. A free bottle of water is also available for you in the room.

Our comfort rooms also have a Nespresso machine with free coffee, safe and HD flat screen. Some of our standard double rooms and comfort double rooms have a balcony. If you would like a balcony, please indicate this when booking, and we will assign you an appropriate room, subject to availability.

Your room will be cleaned daily by our housekeeping team. If you would like to do without room service for the sake of the environment, you have the option to cancel cleaning via your suite pad (tablet) in your room.

We are happy to provide you with slippers at reception for € 3.00.

Smoking is strictly regulated by law and is therefore not allowed inside the building or its parts. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
The cost of a basic cleaning is a flat rate of €100.00 and will be charged to you if you still smoke in the room.

Do you need a ticket for an event in the region? Or for the Europa Park? Then contact the reception. We will do our best to get the desired tickets.

Towels are changed as needed. If you want a daily change of towels, please put them on the floor.

Our vouchers are flexibly redeemable in the hotel, in the restaurant Klara and in the Bar+Lounge UNIKUM.

If you would like a wake-up service, please let the reception team know until 9 pm the day before.

Our WLAN service is free of charge for you. Simply connect to the Gaeste-Hanauaer-Hof network. The password is HanauerHof50.
